What is HPE GreenLake and how can it help me?

What is the difference between HPE ProLiant DL, ML and Synergy servers?

ProLiant DL servers are high-density rack servers for data centers. ProLiant ML servers are flexible tower servers for offices and branches. HPE Synergy is a composable platform for hybrid workloads, combining compute, storage and fabric in a software-managed modular chassis.

How is disruption controlled during migration to HPE Alletra?

Alletra provides online migration tools, and BITS coordinates prior replication, verification, a cutover window and rollback. Expected disruption is estimated per workload and validated in the runbook; there is no universal downtime assumption.

How does HPE InfoSight predict issues?

InfoSight is HPE’s AIOps platform for analyzing telemetry and identifying capacity, performance or configuration patterns. Available alerts depend on the product and telemetry quality. BITS can integrate them with the NOC for review and response according to the contracted service.

Do you provide coverage outside Chihuahua?

Yes. We are based in Chihuahua, with projects and implementations throughout Mexico. We work with logistics partners and field personnel for on-site interventions when required.
