Identity and Address of the Data Controller
BITS Desarrollo e Ingeniería TI (hereinafter "The Controller"), with address at Av. de la Cantera 2407, Col. Los Sicomoros, Chihuahua, Chih. C.P. 31217, Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, and in this regard informs you of the following in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Purposes of Data Processing
The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following necessary purposes to provide the requested service:

- ■Administration and management of the contractual, commercial, or employment relationship.
- ■Provision of cybersecurity, connectivity, managed IT, and technical support services.
- ■Compliance with tax obligations, invoicing, and billing.

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following secondary purposes which are not necessary for the main service but allow us to provide better customer service:

Personal Data Collected
To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data:

- ■Billing Data: Tax ID (RFC), fiscal address, tax regime.
- ■Browsing Data: IP address, browser type, and session cookies for website optimization.
Important: BITS does not collect or request sensitive personal data (racial origin, health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, or moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, or sexual preference).
Data Transfers
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties outside of the cases permitted by law, such as judicial mandates from competent authorities, or to technology providers acting as Data Processors for specific functions such as cloud storage, invoicing, or payroll services. All of our providers are under an explicit obligation of confidentiality in accordance with applicable legislation.
ARCO Rights and Consent Revocation
You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of its use (Access). It is also your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to have us delete it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
To exercise any of the ARCO rights or to revoke your consent, you must submit the respective request via an email addressed to our Privacy Department:
