Mega contact center construction, from the build to the first shift
BITS integrates site, power, cabling, network, voice and omnichannel for operation floors of hundreds to thousands of seats. One owner, one plan, one go-live date.

What does building a mega contact center include?
Building a mega contact center means handing over a floor that is ready to operate: site survey, seat layout, backed-up power with UPS and generator, certified structured cabling, telecom room, LAN and WiFi, redundant links, telephony and omnichannel platform, physical and logical security, plus go-live support with a 24/7 service desk.
Six stages, one accountable partner
Every stage ships with documentation, testing and a named engineer. You approve progress by milestone, not by promise.
1 · Site survey
Building measurement, available electrical capacity, conduit routes, HVAC, acoustics and access. Output: technical memo and risk matrix.
2 · Design and seat layout
Seat plan, density per square meter, supervision, training and break rooms, evacuation routes and staged growth.
3 · Power and backup
Panels, dedicated circuits per row, UPS sized to real load, emergency generator, grounding and surge protection.
4 · Cabling and telecom room
Cat 6A or fiber structured cabling, conduit, labeled patch panels, dressed racks and link-by-link certification with a deliverable report.
5 · Network, voice and omnichannel
High-density switching and WiFi, voice QoS, redundant links, SD-WAN, IP telephony and an AI contact center platform integrated with your CRM.
6 · Go-live and operations
Load testing, agent and supervisor training, pilot run, documented handover and a 24/7 service desk from our Chihuahua center.

BITS projects
We are compiling the verified figures of the operation floors BITS has built (seats, city, industry and year) to publish here. In the meantime, during the site survey we share real references and scopes from the project closest to yours.
One integrator vs. coordinating several vendors
| Criteria | With BITS | Multi-vendor |
|---|---|---|
| Accountability | BITS owns build, network, voice and operations | Each vendor owns only its slice |
| Go-live date | One committed date | Moves with the slowest vendor |
| On-site conflicts | Solved inside the same plan | Found on site and cause rework |
| Certification and warranties | One deliverable file | Documents scattered per vendor |
| Support after go-live | 24/7 service desk with SLA | Escalations between vendors |
